Wedding Entertainment FAQs

  • Yes, we love traveling! All of our musicians have been all over the world to perform for different events! Transportation and hotel accommodation for all band members will be an additional charge if traveling further than a couple hour of radius of Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska. Rates will vary depending on the event location. Please inquire for further details, we’d love to work with you!

  • Each of our packages include up to 4 hours of music. We typically start playing music once your guests are ready to start dancing, which is usually right after the meal is served and speeches are completed at the event.

    We can also play for your wedding ceremony or during cocktail hour if desired—let us know how long you want us to play and we can determine which packages work best for you.

  • We absolutely do! We have musicians on hand and ready to play almost any style you need. Our range goes from traditional classical ceremony music to your favorite modern pop love songs. Please inquire with us and let’s talk about how you’d like your ceremony music to sound!

  • Yes! We share a guideline of what we normally perform, and you’re welcome to request songs as well. We do our best to learn and play several of your requests live, and any songs we don’t perform live will always be included during our band breaks— that way your favorites are still part of the night! We can also send you our band’s song list upon request.

    It’s also important to allow the band to read the room the night of the event since your guests all have different tastes in music, but we will always prioritize you and your style at your event!

  • Aside from offering an amazing live band experience, we are excited to say that we can also provide other services such as live ceremony music, live cocktail hour music, dance floor lighting, a photo booth, cold spark machines, and many other services to spice up your event! Please let us know if you are interested in any add ons!

    We are also happy to help recommend other vendors if you’re still searching for the right people to help make your event or big day perfect. Venues, wedding planners, florists, caterers, you name it! After being in the entertainment industry for a decade, we have contacts for just about every vendor category!

  • We generally prefer to begin communication and planning at least 6-12 months in advance, because we tend to receive many inquiries and get booked pretty fast! So the sooner the better- That way we can ensure we have all the musicians we need ready to go and have your date reserved on our calendar. We sometimes can be booked up to 18 months in advance!

    If you don’t get a chance to reach out 6 months or more in advance, don’t worry— you can still reach out to us and we’ll let you know if we still have some availablity open on our calendar!

  • It’s pretty easy! First we ask that you sign our band contract. Next, we have you put a 50% deposit down to secure your date on our calendar. The remaining 50% is then due one week prior to your event or wedding. We can also adjust the deposit amount and make a payment schedule to better suit your financial needs if necessary. Everything is done online through a project portal link that we send to you. We’re here to help you through the entire process and answer questions every step of the way :)

  • Woo-hoo! We are so excited to provide you some of the best wedding entertainment around! Apart from regular email communication, we’ll also make sure to schedule a virtual call a couple months out from your event to review your timeline and ensure we know all the details.

    Since we typically have the MC portion covered for your event, we make sure we know what is happening and when, so your reception can run as smoothly as possible!

  • 99.9% of the time, no we do not do Sunday events. We usually prefer to keep that day open for our musicians to be able to have time to rest or be with their families since we are usually pretty busy the rest of the week with our other jobs, families, rehearsals, and gigs!
